The Santa Fe NOW chapter endorses the ERA resolution to remove the ratification deadline.
We have started our campaign to get the 113th US Congress to agree to endorse the 3-state strategy to ratify the ERA. Our first step is to ask our Delegation in Washington DC (Senators Udall and Heinrich and Representatives Lujan, Pearce and Lujan-Grisham) to sign on as co-sponsors. Below is a simple and short script with contact information you may use to email, phone or fax them. This will take no more than 5 minutes. Please help us reach them before May 9 when the resolutions will be introduced in Congress. We'd like to have as many co-sponsors as possible sign on by that date.

Saturday, June 25 was a culmination of a week-long celebration of PRIDE in Santa Fe was the PRIDE March and Parade in the historic Railyard Park.
Now Santa Fe members joined in solidarity with our LGBTQ brothers and sisters to support women's issues and feminism by wearing the name of famous feminists on their back.
"Appearances" were made by Jane Addams, Hillary Clinton, Sharon Mitchell, Alice Waters, and Emma Goldman among other famous feminists. NOW members are proud that these women "have our backs" in our continued reclamation of women's rights.
